I’m a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) specializing in Web3 governance, foundation structuring, and DAO operations. Over the past 6+ years, I’ve worked across both traditional finance and blockchain, helping leading protocols including Algorand, Aptos, Worldcoin, Ondo, and Aerodrome design governance frameworks, implement treasury processes, and deliver transparent financial reporting. Based in the Cayman Islands, I bridge the gap between regulatory compliance and decentralized decision-making. My experience spans from Big Four audit (Deloitte, BDO) through to foundation advisory (Cartan, Leeward), giving me the tools to guide projects from formation of an idea through to full decentralisation. I’m passionate about building transparent, sustainable structures that allow protocols and DAOs to thrive, while keeping communities, boards, and regulators aligned. Outside of work, I share weekly insights on Web3 trends and DAO governance.
