About Deana Martinson

Since 2002, I have been helping U.S. businesses, families and individuals manage finances and providing business and billing services. Currently, I have clients all over the U.S. Many of my business clients use Quickbooks Pro Financial Software, where I maintain accounts, A/R&A/P, reconciliations and sales tax. For several clients I have done consulting and systems conversions; evaluating and developing, and implementation of converting their existing software systems over to Quickbooks. For other businesses I have served as Office Manager managing purchase orders, invoices, placing orders with vendors. While assisting in developing software, I wrote, reviewed and tested interactive software programs and technical textbooks for colleges. As a Personal Finance Coach, I work with individuals, families and businesses all over the U.S. to create a successful Spending Plan for them based on income, needs, existing bills and foreseeable future events in order to establish a level of financial peace. For my Medical Clients, I review eligibility and benefits of their Health Insurance, credential physicians with insurance companies, submit claims to BCBS, Medicare and United Health and complete all related follow-up. For several of them, I also complete monthly account reviews, sending statements and handling collections. I love what I do, and am passionate about making a positive difference in peoples lives and in the business world!
