I’m Deana Pizzo—visionary founder and CEO of I.T. Solutions of South Florida, a 21-year-strong, award-winning managed service provider serving multi-location organizations with a fierce commitment to innovation, excellence, and growth. I co-founded the company and was in charge of strategy, sales, marketing, finance and building a people-first culture. Together, we scaled the business from a scrappy startup to a nationally recognized MSP and one of South Florida’s Best Places to Work. I’m the kind of leader who’s just as comfortable closing deals and drafting contracts as I am reeling in a trophy fish or reworking a sponsorship pitch at lightning speed. Whether I’m chairing major boards, transforming business operations, or planning a smart strategy, I bring heart, grit, and humor to everything I do. Beyond the business, I’m all-in on my community. I proudly serve as Chair of South Florida Tech Hub and the Dwyer Awards for Excellence in Education, and sit on several regional boards focused on tech, talent, and economic development. Most importantly, I’m a proud and loving mom to three amazing young adults.
