About Deandre Frisbie

I am graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Over my academic career, I have had the opportunity to work in several different industries. I have gained experience working on corporate high-performance aircraft, in manufacture-based maintenance in the industry of petroleum refining, and in the area of sustainability engineering while taking on tasks such as water sourcing, environmental protection evaluations, and damage assessments in water resources. I also have always been enthusiastic about higher education and forwarding ones academic career. Thus, with this enthusiasm, I love to teach and have pursued and held many positions as a tutor and subject specific educator to help grow future generations in STEM focused classes. I am currently employed at Crawford, Murphy, & Tilly Inc. and excitedly applying all that I have learned to the area of water resources in the project management and design of Wastewater and Water Treatment Plants. Miscellaneous fun facts: Water resources is my career, educating is my hobby, but my passion has always been in my faith. I am a member of Life Church CU in Champaign-Urbana and love talking about Jesus and the Bible with anyone that will listen! Shameless plug, we have an app and would love for you to check us out! Other things I enjoy include, listening to music. practicing the clarinet, solving Rubik's cubes, and spending time with beautiful wife, family, and friends!
