I have 27 years of experience in Orthopedic Operations Management- Operations, Team management, and all the skills learned I've learned through out the years-Attention to detail is the name of the medical device industry, so I have become proficient in the details- Detailed and organized in a fast paced team work environment-No 2 days are the same when you work in the world of surgeries and I've had to think outside the box to problem solve- pivot my schedule for the day- know the benefit of being efficient to multi task have helped me succeed-I love being busy and working hard, and to see our team's hard work pay off- I look at the big picture and try to make decisions that will be beneficial to the overall situation, not what is easiest to do in the moment-Quick multi-dimensional communication -Operation Efficiency and reduction of waste -Inventory/lot number management - Flow of operation -Calm in crisis - Customer Service -Asset Management - Cycle counting/Audit reconciliation - Team leadership - Recall management I live in the great state of Montana and love to get out and see the outdoors and the beauty our state has to offer.
