I have developed and delivered engineered solutions for various industries, such as aviation, healthcare, education, and smart buildings, by integrating technologies through proven use case patterns and agile data development. I have also built strong partnerships across all vertical markets to ensure the most effective project delivery and customer satisfaction. I currently work as a Sr. Program Manager Program Management Office at Hawaiian Airlines, where I manage the PSS Implementation Program, a large-scale and complex project that involves multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and vendors. I support a team of Project Managers by managing their project schedules, risk logs, and change requests through Smartsheet, a powerful and versatile platform for which I am certified. I also create and present executive-level reports and dashboards that provide clear and concise insights into the program's progress, status, and issues. I enjoy working with the Hawaiian Airlines culture and Ohana, and I am motivated by their vision and values. I am always seeking relevant and applicable emerging technologies for implementation, and I strive to make intelligent trade-offs between technical, market, and financial priorities to deliver optimal results for the business.
