With a robust history in fitness and wellness, my journey has been fueled by a passion for empowering individuals in mid-life, particularly women navigating through peri menopause & menopause. As Former Chief Fitness Officer & Trainer of Just Move Fitness, my commitment to client-centered results has built a foundation of trust and success. My expertise lies in addressing special populations, delivering tailored exercise instruction, and providing assisted stretching, all with the goal of enhancing quality of life. Currently, I am a Health Coach for Virta Health, a medically supervised, behavior-first metabolic health program that combines, telehealth personalized coaching, educational curriculum, and tech-enabled tracking to help their members lose weight and reverse diabetes backed by strong long-term results and a satisfaction guarantee. I leverage my extensive background in fitness coaching and NASM certifications to promote strength, agility, cardiovascular health, balance, lifestyle habits and flexibility. This role underscores my dedication to fostering a supportive environment where every client can thrive! Pursuing certification as a Professional Health & Wellness Coach through the Nutritional Therapy Association, with plans to earn NBHWC credentialing by Feb 2026.
