Accomplished and data-driven operations and people leader with experiences in education, data analysis, and visual analytics. I have 9+ years of experience in the education sector at the state, CMO, and school levels. I love solving tough problems, designing efficient systems, and mentoring the amazing leaders that work in schools. As a High School Director of Operations (DOO), I grew my school’s student body by 100 students (25%), launched an integrated co-teaching model to support students with disabilities, and was named the 2023 “High School DOO of the Year.” I designed and ran systems and schedules for in-person, remote, and hybrid school models throughout the COVID pandemic, resulting in 400 college acceptances (an average of 5 college acceptances per student) and $5.2 million in college scholarships for the graduating class of 2023. In my former roles, I built visual analytics tools that are still in use by school leaders 5 years later. As a Regional Superintendent of Operations, I currently develop operations leaders at some of the best middle and high schools in Brooklyn.
