I'm a high energy wellness professional excelling in client support, program goals, and complex problem solving. I have a comprehensive background includes providing care coordination with diverse populations. I have over 30 years total of Human Service experience. I am blessed because I get to do mental health therapy and free-lance as a health coach. I graduated from Concordia University with a MS degree in Counseling with the overall goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I also fell in love with health coaching and got my certification from Health Coach Institute. I do have a wellness app that I offer to my health coaching clients at no extra cost. Plus, I do have other tools and activities aimed to get my clients results. I believe being healthy should not have to suck! Most of my coaching is done online. I use the secured HIPPA compliant platforms known as doxy.net. and Practice Better. However, I am currently available by appointment only for in person coaching.
