About Deanna Hurst

As a Senior Project Manager at BD, I lead and facilitate project-related activities across multiple product lines for large-scale operations. I have over 5 years of experience in this role, where I create and use project plans that include milestones and task assignments. I manage the scope of the project, including customer priorities, and proactively identify risks to project success, developing effective action plans for resolution. I also effectively use governance tools to manage all projects. In addition to my current role, I have previously served as a Senior Implementation Analyst at BD. In my various roles, I gained extensive experience in IT/Nursing/Pharmacy related healthcare product placement in large hospital environments. I installed and supported Pyxis Dispensing hardware and software, performed upgrades, provided basic problem-solving and troubleshooting, conducted customer training, and established and maintained customer relationships. I am skilled in workload prioritization, project management software, and project management office (PMO).
