As the Director of Product Management at Genumark, I oversee a team of 12 across Canada and the Philippines, implementing and executing SOPs for the custom production department. I also collaborate with the IT/Web Programming department to conceptualize and incorporate a new order processing system that enhances efficiency and customer satisfaction. With over 13 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, I have developed strong skills in problem-solving, team management, negotiation, and communication. I have successfully handled millions of dollars of deadline-specific custom product orders, coordinated logistics and customs issues for international shipments, and increased margins by negotiating contracts with vendors. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to our clients, and empowering my team members to grow and excel.
