I have over 24 years of experience across multiple roles at P&G in Demand, Market Planning, Customer Service Operations and Customer Team Operation Leadership. In each role I've held, I have demonstrated my passion for process improvement. This has resulted in higher reliability, time savings and improved overall productivity. I don't settle for the status quo. Improvements made under my leadership to the annual Walmart Anniversary Sale event logistics plan saved days of work for the entire team. At the conclusion of the sale, the customer congratulated my team on the best executed event to date. Gaining results through my team is the greatest reward. It demonstrates the strength of team building, trust, respect in abilities and overall leadership. This is demonstrated also in my Great Managers of others Award that I received when I was the Customer Service Operations Manager, as the award was a result of nominations by my employees. In my Demand and Market Planning roles, I've worked with Manugistics, SAP, GDF and IDP in both the S & OP and Business Operations Planning process. Regardless of the tools and processes, each role has required significant strength in analysis, cross functional collaboration with supply, sales and marketing and influence to enable accurate forecasting. Recognition shares and a CEO award were awarded to me in my Market Planning and Demand Team Leadership.
