Over the course of my career, I have accumulated a wealth of diverse experiences in both the professional services sector of Birmingham and, more recently, within the dynamic realm of Common Purpose. With a solid foundation of five years in the professional services sector, I transitioned to Common Purpose, embarking on a journey filled with multifaceted roles. My current role is that of a Projects Leader, specializing in orchestrating international inter-cultural experiences for university students. In this capacity, my team and I are dedicated to providing students with transformative journeys to foreign lands, immersing them in unfamiliar cultures, and unlocking the essential skills required to thrive in these unique environments. Our mission is to demystify the art of adapting and excelling in a new city, fostering an understanding of the world's rich tapestry of cultures. Through these international experiences, we aim to broaden horizons, inspire personal growth, and equip students with the global perspective and adaptability needed to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world.
