I am the Practice Administrator at Queen City Women's Health, the leading women's health specialty practice in Clarksville, Tennessee. With many years of experience in healthcare operations and management, I have acquired certifications in OSHA, EMR, CPR/AED/First Aid, and Organizational Leadership among others. I am passionate about optimizing efficiency and cost saving while maintaining a focus on patient care and employee satisfaction. In my current role, I lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with safety and security standards. I also monitor and improve clinic performance, budget, and inventory. I oversee the operations of all clinic facilities, look to implement quality improvement programs, and develop initiatives for staff training and development. I am always looking for innovative new programs that maximize productivity, increase profitability, drive exceptional staff performance, and provide excellent patient care.
