About Deanna Torrez

With over 16 years in HR and recruiting, I’ve learned that hiring is about so much more than filling roles, it’s about finding the right people to help shape the future of a company. As Director of Talent Acquisition at Harrington Process Solutions, I have the privilege of leading an incredible team that works hard every day to bring in top talent across all areas of our growing business. From inside sales and operations to leadership roles, we focus on building strong, diverse teams that reflect the values and ambition of our organization.Harrington is a national leader in flow control solutions for corrosive and high-purity applications, and we’re growing fast. I’ve had the opportunity to support that growth not just at Harrington, but also through our amazing acquired companies like PumpMan, J2 Resources, Cortrol and Fluid Gauge. What drives me most is helping people find careers they’re excited about and creating a process where both candidates and hiring managers feel supported, respected, and empowered. I believe in leading with heart, staying curious, and always putting people first. At the end of the day, I’m proud to be part of a company that believes in the power of culture, connection, and shared success, and I’m grateful for the journey that’s still unfolding.
