About Deanne Lindeman

My career focus has been centered around collaborating with business leaders to diagnose, design, and deliver data-driven high impact solutions that enable organization success. My brand is built on four critical cornerstones - organization effectiveness expertise, data analytics foundation, collaboration approach, and values driven style. Organization Effectiveness Expertise In recent years, I have focused my practice on delivering high impact solutions that support organization design, enterprise transformation, and organization development needs. I have led complex cross-functional organization design and transformation efforts including aligning organizations with new strategies and operating models, creating and launching a new brand and culture platform, and working with leaders to ensure their organizations are positioned for success. I have held both program leadership roles and internal/external consultant roles. Data Analytics Foundation My work is centered around leveraging data whenever possible to create solutions that have an impact on business results. For example, I contributed toward the development of a change impact survey designed to assess employees reactions to and experiences with change. This was leveraged to ensure we have the right approach to drive success during organizational transformation. Collaboration Approach All that I do is in strong collaboration with business leaders and HR partners. I have developed the ability to collaborate across complex global, matrixed organizations to ensure employees are engaged and informed of their role in ensuring success. Values Driven Style My personal style is built on the foundation of honesty and transparency with the greatest intention of upholding ethical practices. As I strive for success I do so with a strong focus on caring for employees who may be impacted by organizational changes. I work with high professional integrity and respect for the people I work with. I build strong, trusting relationships with the people I work with and prioritize delivery of high quality solutions. I place high value on leading through sharing a clear strategy, engaging in learning everyday, and communicating effectively.
