As a Business Analyst at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, I leverage my 21+ years of enterprise content management (ECM) experience to support the migration of over users from personal and shared drives to OneDrive and Teams, with SharePoint Online backend. I execute migrations using SharePoint Migration/ShareGate tools, conduct planning sessions with site owners and users, determine future site structure, and communicate progress and issues during and after migrations. I also re-assign OneDrives belonging to former employees and manage permissions, security, and governance.Prior to joining Chevron Phillips, I worked as a SharePoint IT Specialist for NASA, on behalf of KBR, Inc, where I directly supported the Human Health and Performance Directorate by enhancing and maintaining the existing export control site and its multiple program subsites. I collaborated with internal customers to understand and document their functional requirements, and implemented them on a SharePoint 2016 platform. I created out-of-the-box, non-code solutions, such as site libraries, lists, web parts, and workflows, and ensured compliance with enterprise content and security standards. I also used Jira Service Desk to track and resolve issues and requests from users.My core competencies include Sitecore, SharePoint, Interwoven TeamSite, Jira Service Desk, and ShareGate. I am passionate about building strong relationships with stakeholders, improving the client's experience, and enhancing, streamlining, and improving efficiency for the company.
