With a drive for results and a passion for innovation, I built an award-winning, 15-year career at Whirlpool. Today at Napoleon, I am collaborating across business functions to increase revenue for two different product categories through all U.S. sales channels. I thrive on creating new strategies and plans that drive profitable revenue growth and competitive advantages for durable goods and consumer products. As I advanced through eight progressive positions at Whirlpool, I gained valuable business experience. I currently manage a several hundred million-dollar P&L for one of the company’s largest accounts and drove improvements across all metrics – sales, profit, inventory, quality, and customer satisfaction. I am sensitive to risk. I understand the factors that place companies in a potentially precarious position and put plans in place to mitigate that exposure. As the P&L owner for Whirlpool’s account with Sears, I restructured the contract while building Sears’ private label brand, Kenmore. The result? Protecting Whirlpool’s assets at the time of Sears’ bankruptcy filing. As a leader, I empower and support my teams in executing complex projects.
