I’m currently the Office Manager at iCopy Legal, where I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. I support our in-office team while bridging communication and workflow with our primarily remote staff. From improving internal systems to supporting cross-team collaboration and training, my job is all about creating structure so others can shine. I work closely with leadership and multiple departments to streamline workflows, maintain consistency, and ensure day-to-day operations flow easily between teams. Previously in a marketing role, I led initiatives that improved social media engagement, increased visibility for our services, and brought a more human tone to our outreach. Now, I apply that same blend of creativity and problem-solving to operational processes, whether it’s revamping onboarding, documenting internal procedures, or finding the most efficient way to manage office logistics. Outside the office, I’m a single mom to two incredible twins and a big advocate for kids in the foster care system. That experience has shaped how I show up at work and in life, with a focus on empathy, patience, and adaptability. At home, you’ll find me in my element crafting homemade jams with surprising flavor combinations, learning how to use my Traeger, or attempting to brew a perfect chai. When I’m not cooking or troubleshooting office printers, I’m sketching, painting, carving wood, or finding creative ways to make systems (and people) feel a little more supported.
