Who am I? Well, I have worn many hats. Chief Creative Officer, Filmmaker, Senior Director of Advertising to name a few. I have a unique combination of global corporate marketing experience coupled with international award-winning creative leadership experience working for some of the world's greatest ad agencies as well as directing content and a feature film for MGM. With a passion for the people, I have strengthened and scaled XFN teams from a few to 40+. Those who know me describe me as: A true partner. A strategic thinker. Tenacious. A make-things-happen person. Scrappy. A Collaborator. A Straight Shooter. A wind when needed. And, a rudder in a storm. I excel at both right brained and left brained thinking. I care about developing a unique and ownable strategy, and finessing of the art and craft of the work across an entire spectrum of creative outlets as much as I care about the health and wellness of the team behind the work.
