Deb has a proven and extensive track record in marketing, business development, delivering commercial results, forging strong client relationships and building high performing teams. All within marketing agencies and early-stage tech businesses. She has spent the last 10 years as a specialist in B2B Marketing & Business Development predominantly in the UK. Deb has 20+ years of experience in marketing, creating her legacy at Haygarth where she sat on the main group board from the age of 30 focussing on FMCG and retail clients. Working as a consultant for agencies such as M&C Saatchi, Brave and HeyHuman, has allowed Deb to use her strategic, leadership and business development skills. Deb was an angel investor in Collider - an accelerator dedicated to tech startups in the advertising and marketing space. Deb loved being part of a collective team of ambitious founders, progressive brands and specialist investors at the forefront of innovation in marketing and advertising (MadTech). She is a member of The Friday Club which helps London tech startups by giving them access to free marketing and business development advice. The marketing industry has seen an overwhelming change in recent years due to the impact of technology and only those marketers who open themselves to change with it will benefit. In this context, working with those driving the adoption of the emerging technologies and new business models, i.e. the start-ups, feels like a smart move.
