As a leader of one of Australia’s most respected independent media companies, Working Dog Productions, I have had a distinguished career spanning over two decades, overseeing the execution of all major projects undertaken by the company. As Chief Executive Officer, I oversee and lead all aspects of output, including planning, operational execution, and distribution. Actively fostering an inclusive and diverse culture within Working Dog has been a key focus for me, contributing to the organisation's flourishing as a productive and ethical entity with many long-term employees. I am also a Board Director of the prestigious Melbourne International Comedy Festival, actively helping to drive growth, ensure sustainability and investing in the future of the comedy and broader arts industries. In both these roles, I contribute to commercial and cultural leadership, building strong and mutually respectful relationships in an ever-changing, fascinating and challenging industry. I enjoy contributing to the strategic and operational success of an organisation, and I have proven capabilities, skills, energy, and curiosity that I believe will prove invaluable in future Directorship roles.
