I’m Deb L. Kinney, an attorney and founder of TrustParency PC, where I focus exclusively on trust administration and probate services in California. With over two decades of experience in estate planning, probate, and relationship agreements, I’ve built my career advocating for fairness and transparency. A key part of my work has been serving the LGBTQ+ community, including helping draft legislation that protected same-sex couples and successfully arguing for equal tax treatment for same-sex marriages before the IRS. Beyond my legal practice, I’m proud to serve on several boards, including Equal Rights Advocates and Planned Parenthood Advocates Mar Monte, combining my professional expertise with my passion for advancing social justice. I’ve also worked closely with organizations like Equality California and the Horizons Foundation to promote gender, racial, and reproductive health care access.
