As an executive leader in the long-term care industry for over eighteen years, I have experienced everything from planning construction on our new building to cleaning toilets. During my tenure, I have worked with small, mid-sized, and large companies that represent a range of services from skilled and intermediate care to Memory Care and Assisted Living. My primary focus has been on clearing the path for our team to deliver the quality of care we have come to set as our Byron expectation. Quality care and quality service is key for happy residents, families, and staff. In turn, these strategies deliver improved profits, operational efficiency, improved survey results, and lower incidents of complaints. Accomplishments: Deficiency-free survey in 2013 and 2015.
