Internationally renowned Shaman & Spiritual Teacher, Deb Macintyre is an ancestral Shaman by birth. Her lineage originates from the Tibetan Peoples in the Himalayas. These teachings and spiritual practices were passed down through her matriarchal line, specifically her Grandmother, a Nepalese Shaman from royal lineage. As a Shaman, Spiritual Teacher & Mentor, Deb has over 35 years experience. Deb is unique in that she has integrated her experience in the corporate & legal sector, with ancient ancestral spiritual practices. Over the years Deb has used her coaching & mentoring skills working in the corporate, private, & not-for-profit sectors. Here she connected to her roots and immersed herself in studies and practices of Yoga, Eastern Vedic Philosophy, Ayurveda & Ancient Tantra Teachings. Guru Ma Devi was the name given to her by her Guru. In 2016 the Shaman’s Academy was founded, teaching students the ancient practices & processes of Shamanism via Deb's lineage. Ensuring this unique ancient practice & primal Shamanic wisdom is passed down & continues for generations to come. In 2019 Deb returned to India to complete further studies in Ayurveda & Ancient Tantra Philosophy. Now incorporating this life science into her teachings & practice. She is passionate about music, vocalisation, instrumentation, sound frequency vibrations relative to mind body awareness, emotional & spiritual energy. Deb is a mother to two adult children making their own inroads in this life.
