About Deb Magson

Deb’s background is in Labour Relations; Process Mapping, Business Analysis, Strategy and Optimization; and Project Management. Currently she is employed as the Executive Advisor to the Director of Collaboration Analytics & Innovation at The City of Calgary. An active Alumni member of the Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference, Deb enjoys spending time supporting the development of young Canadian leaders; and embraces local, national, and international mentorship opportunities that enable her to share leadership principles. Educated at the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary in business management, and an equity supporting professional, Deb’s passion lies in economic development with a focus on corporate social responsibility and labour relations.
