I began my career with Fry's Food Store's in 1975 as a Courtesy Clerk. Over the 40+ years I held several leadership roles including Store Mgmt, Field Supervisor/Merchandiser for Customer Services/Video dept./Cellular services and Photo Labs. Video dept. buyer. Clicklist Supervisor. Over the many years I learned that Leadership is not about me, instead it's enabling the people you work with to come together to achieve a goal! The goals achieved stretched from Excellence in Customer Service, rapport in the community, fund raisers and achieving the profitability goals. In 2018 I retired from Fry's Food Store's with the knowledge to write budgets, set goals and achieve them, hiring and training, labor mgmt. and planning, fundraising, events and community involvement, and the sheer joy of seeing those I have worked with grow and succeed in their life goals. I started my Real Estate career with my training @ Hondros in Fairborn, Ohio. Yes Covid hit just before my last class, I finished online and was finally able to take my exam and start in Sept. 2020, with Coldwell Banker Heritage in Huber Heights. I was a Buyers and Sellers agent and a Military Relocation Professional(MRP). Being an MRP allowed me to serve our Military members and Veterans when relocating in or out of Wright Patterson AFB. Being involved with the many community activities such as The Huber Heights 4th of July parade, the annual Pumpkin giveaway, Toys for Tots, Back to school for children and many more. I was the recipient for the Heben True Blue Spirit award for our Huber Office. During the 3 years in Ohio I joined USA Cares Ohio Chapter as a volunteer under James Clark. I thoroughly enjoyed the fundraising in my community, sponsoring and meeting many Veterans. I moved back home to AZ. in 2022, and have continued my Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker Realty. Serving many communities throughout the Metro Phoenix area. Serving buyers, sellers, and leasing and involved in New Home Buyer Seminars. I knew that I wanted to continue my work with USA Cares. March 1, 2023 I became the Executive Director of the Az. Chapter. From public speaking to fundraising to planning events and meeting with a Veteran Benefits Advisor and meeting with Senator and Congressman's offices.
