About Deb Morrow

A highly engaged and focused leader, I have worked to ensure that teamwork, customer focus, and culture are front of mind for associates across the organization. With a can-do attitude and integrity at my core, I am committed to ensuring all associates feel seen, heard, and valued. With over 30 years of cross-functional experience, I have made numerous contributions to the organizations I have worked for beyond my title roles as a Store Manager, Executive Assistant and Compensation Analyst. Throughout my career, I have always been the employee that others rely on to tackle a special project, assist when an employee resigns, providing extra help – simply put, I exude a professional can-do attitude and perform my work with speed, agility, and integrity. I am an innovative solution seeker and has used these skills to enhance and lead many fundraising, charitable giving and volunteering efforts at MSA that have made significant impact on community organizations. I am always looking for ways to help the underserved and underrepresented.
