About Deb Stephenson

With a proven track record of delivering results, I bridge the gap between technical solutions and strategic business objectives resulting in successful project outcomes. With 20+ years of experience as both a Senior Business Systems Analyst and a Database Developer, I bring the business, technical and analytical skills needed to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications while also managing stakeholder expectations. In addition, I have a history of significant efficiency improvements such as reducing batch load time of a merchandising app by 75%, and saving 200 hours of development time by proposing an alternative design for the integration of Retail Data Warehouse promo data. I'm seeking opportunities where my unique combination of deep technical expertise, business analysis skills, and proven leadership can accelerate your organization's digital initiatives. Let's chat!
