About Deb Wong

Commercially experienced Talent Partner, with a passion for being part of and bringing together high performing teams. Deborah's career has seen her partner with well regarded innovative and progressive brands and she worked within a start up through to the worlds largest Global Fortune 500 brands. She gained her Executive Search & Consultancy foundations through Kerridge & Partners as part of a multi award winning team, who won consecutive Vero Excellence in Business Awards and a Deloitte Fast 50 award during her time with them. During this time she enjoyed working with the Health, Energy and Retail industries. Applying her passion and interest in fast paced, growing organisations, she joined the eBay Inc group as their Talent Sourcing Specialist and also gained broader experience in end-end recruitment. In addition she worked on global projects gaining experience in partnering with and guiding geographically dispersed teams through Talent Research and Recruitment Projects. Subsequently, she joined GE where she held global and regional roles recruiting for GE Healthcare in ASEAN region as the TA Lead. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University with a double major in Commercial Law & Management. She is eligible to work in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand without sponsorship.
