The focused assigned areas of work are Women & Child Development, Welfare of old and disable persons, Socially Destitute and other vulnerable communities, Social Security, Skill development and Livelihood through various income generating activities, Agriculture, Pisciculture, Afforestation, Animal Husbandry, Soil conservation, Environment protection. • Work in a close coordination with all the concerned government line departments/ Agencies for participatory planning and need base exercises in mining affected areas of the district • Facilitate the project proposals and make needful arrangement for the board approval at the Trust Board or Executive Board meetings of DMF. Also, identify the strategies, make the needful data management for interventions of projects • Field/ Physical Visits for the real time data analysis to assess the impact as well as progress of the project activities. • Routine Data Monitoring of the project activities those funded by DMF and generate evaluation for assessing the impact after intervention and reflecting it in the MPR, QPR • Data Analysis and Interpretation of large datasets through various software and formats by applying statistical analysis techniques to explore the strategy. • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to uncover insights and opportunities to perform advanced analytics, such as predictive modeling and segmentation, to support business goals. • Data Visualization and Reporting by creating visually appealing and informative reports, dashboards, and presentations. It includes communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders. • Business Intelligence and Decision Support by Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements. It acts at conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making which is helpful to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive operational improvements. • Data Governance and Compliance by ensuring data privacy, security, compliance with relevant regulations and establish data governance frameworks and best practices. • In charge of every logistic arrangement and management of DMF, Jharsuguda • Prepare the success stories, Annual Report, presentations and other documentations relating to the DMF and its conducting projects.
