With more than 4 and a half years of experience across the hospitality and medical diagnostics industries—plus around 7 months of internships—I’ve developed a well-rounded skill set in people management, recruitment, and team coordination. I started my career in the hotel industry, where I learned the importance of customer service, attention to detail, and executive-level coordination as both a Guest Service Associate and later an Executive Assistant. These early roles helped shape my ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in dynamic environments. During the pandemic, I transitioned into the medical diagnostics sector as an Assistant Team Lead. Here, I took on HR responsibilities, managing recruitment, staffing, and employee well-being in high-pressure settings. Over the past 1 and a half years, I’ve continued to build my HR expertise—particularly in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Currently, I’m working as a Freelance Recruiter specializing in non-tech hiring. I handle bulk hiring projects, client coordination, and vendor empanelment, while also working closely with senior leadership on social media marketing and brand graphics. I’m passionate about blending creativity with strategy and always open to learning, collaborating, and contributing to meaningful growth.
