I have around 9 years of extensive IT experience and currently working as a senior Salesforce Developer for a Salesforce CRM project, from the inception phase of the project. My overall Salesforce experience is 5 years & certified in Salesforce Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & Platform App builder. As a Salesforce Developer- Develop complex stories based on LWC, aura, apex and Salesforce configuration - Collaborate with Technical Leads to review & finalize new designs to be followed for development - Internal review of team’s codes so that it adheres to coding standards and best practices - Provide guidance and direction to development team and help individual developers facing any challenges - Analyze and fix defects both regression and production - Review & approve pull requests by developers before merging to bitbucket & maintaining version control - Supervising deployment to higher environment using Jenkins and help in validating code before production drop & provide support during go live - Create and maintain Reports and other Artifacts in Confluence and document all processes followed and steps taken - Work in close collaboration with 4 other SF teams at CRM levels & provide assistance and technical help - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders / teams to address impediments to ensure quality and on time delivery - Collaborate with Product Owner to understand challenges and dependencies and ensure effective resolution - Train new developers in Salesforce configuration and coding areas, conduct profile evaluation of new hires - Use Jira for effective reporting Since I have experience of working as Developer from the inception phase of the project, hence I understand the challenges that come along early on, and I am able to mitigate risks by collaborating with Stakeholders and find feasible solutions to design problem and other technical challenges.
