Developed new accounts with respect to Pacemaker,Stents,Devices,Capital equipments of cardiology, Anesthesiology, Interventional Radiology,Haematolgy and Nephrology consumables in Metros, tier 2 and tier 3 markets & Bangladesh. Experienced in B2B Sales and B2C Sales. In last 16+yrs have got exposure of handling Entire East India, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh & Bangladesh while working with Fortune 500 organisation like Pfizer, Medtronic,Teleflex,Lumenis. In current role drives a team of 5 ASM, a Clinical Specialist and a CSR in imparting technical support to clinicians during procedures of Interventional Radiology, Vascular access, Haematology/ Oncology and Nephrology. Won Best Region Award FY22-23 with Teleflex. Won President Club Award for Best RM in Teleflex for FY-19,20. Won Extra Miler Award for the getting biggest RC for a single product in DHS worth of 15 Cr in FY22. Won Best RM Award in Teleflex for FY18-19 for best turnaround in East Zone. Won MD Club Award in Medtronic for outstanding Sales in 2016. Delivered double digit growth for last 16 yrs with average growth rate been 17 percent on a yearly basis across different organisations. I am a proactive,straightforward and honest person with belives and practice excellent relationship management skills which helped build businesses for organization in newer and existing locations. Handled distributors in the Intervention Cardiology space, Intervention Radiology, Nephrology Space and Vascular Access with impeccable track record of compliance and integrity. Scaled up new therapy areas in 100% success rate.
