I am a first class first gold medalist engineering graduate from Jadavpur University having twenty years of diverse experience in capital project management & control, consulting, presales & business development and delivery management. My consulting skill spans across architecting viable solutions, guiding the implementation and executing several capital project management solution projects. I have comprehensive experience in setting up competency based Practice, Presales, Solutioning, Demand Generation initiatives, GTM strategy finalisation, pro-active pitches and managing alliance with OEM. I also have holistic experience of the engineering and construction industry while executing several engineering and construction projects in oil & gas, power and infrastructure sectors. Leadership abilities and interpersonal skill are my other attributes. I try to learn from everyone and facilitate learning as well. Trust and fair communication are important to me While I am not working I love to read, paint, write, cook, travel and do gardening. I gain motivation, inspiration & confidence through prayer.
