Daily Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement to develop under the AS-IS process, perform gap analysis, preparing necessary supportive documents, project planners and proposing a To-Beproces that will enhance the productivity and meet the needs of the Business stakeholders. Evaluate, analyze and communicate the requirements on a continuing basis and maintain system processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports in form of dashboards to the appropriate stakeholders and customers. Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to the questions and concerns from the managers and executives with the supporting research and recommendations. Author and Update internal and external documentations,Analyze data to identify the trends and patterns that can help in decision-making, prepare models and process maps for improvements. Tools and methadologies currently being used are as follows : 1. Management tools - JIRA, Confluence, Trello. Documentation Purpose - Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Planner), Google products(Spreadsheet, Google docs). Process Modelling Flowcharts - MS Visio,draw.io. Database - MySQL. Data Visualization - Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio. Methadology - Agile. Implementation of Scrum/Kanban/Xtreme Programming.
