Over30 years of experience. Started with Pressman in 1987 during the early days of the stock market explosion. Joined Mudra Communications in 1990 as an Account Supervisor. During my entire tenure there, was thrust upon me the sole responsibility of handling Reliance Industries Limited - Joined Quadrant Communications (now a part of Lintas India Limited) in 1994 as Account Supervisor. Within a span of 5 years was elevated to the position of Business Head and Vice President for the Mumbai and Pune branches. Oversaw the migration of its earlier avatar (Pratibha Advertising) to Quadrant. It was at Quadrant Communications and from that point on that I began to develop an aptitude and expertise in new business development. It took me to Enterprise - Nexus in as Vice President - Mumbai. Managed to grow revenue by 70% annually - of which more than 60% came from new business. The desire to act on this belief took me to Lintas India in 2002 where I joined as President, Linterland, the Rural and Activation Division of Lintas. Was instrumental in driving Linterland from a 5 member start up to a 97 member, 16 branch large, rural communication network. Joined the Percept Group in 2007 as CEO, with the mandate to build and scale up an integrated marketing communications consultancy to drive new business for the entire group across an unusually wide spectrum of businesses - from traditional advertising to digital to entertainment and experiential marketing. Moved to Delhi after over 25 years in Mumbai with an assignment at Cheil, as Chief Integration Officer for South West Asia. Responsible for retail, digital, rural, below the line activation and outdoor for Samsung, WPP Lead fpr shopper integrated communication for Unilever, Indonesia. Joined Ambient Digital Indonesia as CEO in August 2018. Ambient started of as a pure Programmatic Digital buying agency. The mandate is to grow it into a a full service digital agency backed by data and technology. Currently, with Kancil Group, as CEO. Kancil straddles two large Indonesian agencies. Optima, a full service ATL Media agency. and DWays, a young digital agency.
