Introduction - Myself DEBASHIS NASKAR have 15 + year experience in civil solar construction projects. Currently I am working at Avaada pvt ltd. As Deputy manager my responsibilities are design, estimation and costing of civil & steel structural works site Execution of civil work within the time frame and within the Budget. Site visit, collection of site data, its analysis and design of structures. Roles and responsibilities - Responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution. Able to check site feasibility and provide the best suitable option for enhancing suitability. Drawing/Document submission/approvals, scheduling, Factory inspections, proving the guaranteed prepared a generalized check list for review of all standard. Having knowledge of IS & specifications needed for the designing and execution of solar projects. To provide with up-to-date weekly / fortnightly status report. Develop MIS and ability to analyse market data.
