My track record spans World Bank/ADB-funded initiatives, international collaborations, Government & Private sector projects and green building projects, always with a focus on cost-effective and timely completion. I thrive on negotiating vendor contracts, bid process and contracts management that maximize value and fostering strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. Leading the design and project management of a Nobel Ferro Alloy Manufacturing unit, a State-of-the-Art IT Park, a Printing Press project, Integrated Beachfront Area Development Plan (a World Bank Initiative), State Highway (a ADB Initiative), Building for IIT Kharagpur, Industrial Parks, etc. and creating a detailed project report for income-generating activities in the Sundarbans (a World Bank Initiative). I'm also proud to have secured government grants for textile parks in West Bengal and Assam.
