Highly motivated individual with 3+ years of experience in various positions starting from general management to business development. Completing my MBA from Dibrugarh University, I joined in the role of customer relationship manager where my primary responsibility was to build long-term customer relations and provide unique customer experience through customer support and grievance redressal. My negotiating skills help me to delve into the real matter at hand and provide the fit for purpose solution within the organisational framework and guidelines. I led a team of approximately thirteen members ensuring that the organisational targets were met as well as the team members were motivated. This helped me to climb the ladder and present myself as the top performer at several instances. I have been a quick learner and can adapt myself quickly to the ever changing dynamics of the corporate world. In one instance, I acquired a new skill just in two days with my own efforts and became the only employee in the northeast zone to have the skill. I strive for excellence through innovative solutions for the mundane tasks which can yield better outcomes and profitability. Looking to venture into new areas and acquire skills and contribute positively.
