I have a strong understanding of strategic and policy initiatives in the sector and am skilled in gathering, analyzing, and defining requirements, developing KPIs, leading process-mapping initiatives, and designing/re-engineering processes and technology solutions for electricity generation, transmission, and distribution organizations. I have a proven ability to lead and manage initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, revenues, margins, and workplace productivity, and have led assignments that have benefited both citizens and utilities by improving access to reliable and affordable electricity and transforming business processes and organizational capabilities.
