Throughout my career, I have worked with various Government Departments/Offices such as DSYS, IDCO, OPCB, MoEF & CC, OCZMA, ICZMP, PCCF (WL/Forests), etc, gaining valuable insights and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the government and sports sectors. In my role as the Manager of Corporate & Industrial Relations at Tata Steel Special Economic Zone, Gopalpur, I am responsible for effectively managing stakeholder relationships. I thrive on developing strategic partnerships and leveraging my skills in Government Relations to create mutually beneficial opportunities. During my tenure as the Manager of Corporate & Industrial Relations at Tata Steel Special Economic Zone, Gopalpur, I successfully resolved a long-standing boundary wall dispute, contributing to the growth and development of the company. I also handled administrative, land, and R&R functions at Tata Steel SEZ, Gopalpur, showcasing my ability to multitask and drive efficiency. Passionate about sports, I served as a Program Manager at the Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High-Performance Centre, Bhubaneswar. I designed and implemented administrative procedures and systems, focusing on the overall development of cadets. Additionally, I led the Grassroots Hockey Program, expanding its reach across multiple centers and districts in Odisha. Complementing my professional experience, I hold an LLB degree from Utkal University, an MBA from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, and a B.Sc in Zoology from Utkal University. I am also certified in Sports Management from XAVIER-EMLYON Business School, Bhubaneswar. With my skills in Government Relations, Stakeholder Management, Program Implementation and Sports Operation & Management, I am well-equipped to drive success in dynamic environments.
