I have managed HR Business Partner responsibilities across various roles and titles, and I am now looking to apply my wealth of knowledge and experience in new opportunities that encompass a comprehensive range of HR Business Partnering functions. My skillset and knowledge spans across various diverse and critical HR functions such as HR Analytics, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Compensation Benchmarking, Employee Value Propositions, Organizational Policies and Development. A key aspect of my roles across different organizations was collaborating with organizational leaders to manage escalations related to Performance Improvement and conducting Market Correction Data Analysis, designing onboarding and induction processes, alongside managing Employee Records and Data Protection. Over the course of my career, I have moved from recruitment to Talent Acquisition, and have taken on broader responsibilities as a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner. I have held various permanent and contractual positions, primarily focusing on Talents Analytics and Strategic HR Analyst. I am keen on bringing my competencies to an organization that values innovation and strategic HR management.
