I am a sales leader to the core with more than 36 years of experience fully self-motivated demonstrating different influence styles as appropriate to situation while maintaining positive relationship with dealers/channels/team members and customers. Selling is my forte as I can strategize selling anything starting from pin to plane. I bring forth expertise in planning, leading and supervising the sales efforts and programs of any organization. With my varied experience in India and abroad, I have built sales organizations from scratch at many of my assignments. My consistent endeavor is to be upbeat towards creating an environment that sustains and encourages high performance, motivating teams in optimizing their contribution levels.
