As an agile Project Manager and Scrum Master at IBM, I demonstrated capabilities in application development (AD) and maintenance & support (AMS), contract management, scope management, change management, profitability management, people management. I have also earned multiple IT certifications, from IBM for Automation: Compass and Consumer Products Industry badge, Agile Advocate and Design Thinking badges to enhance my skills and knowledge in the fast-changing IT industry. I have taken on the role of Enhanced Project Launch Lead at IBM, where I apply my expertise in business process analysis for project scoping in SAP S/4 HANA implementation, enabling team with process, methods and tools, RAID management, and SLA management to global accounts. I have received several honors and awards from IBM, including the GBS Service Excellence Award, the GBS GD Eminence & Excellence Award, and the Manager's Choice Award, for my performance and contribution to the company's success and growth. My greatest strength is that I can communicate effectively and authentically with executives, business users, and engineers, thanks to my computer application background and my strong understanding of the business and SDLC. I can also balance the big, strategic picture with the nuts and bolts of execution, and create and execute solutions that meet the needs and expectations of all stakeholders. I am passionate about building and managing high-performance teams that deliver quality results and value to the clients.
