As the Vice President of GTM and Strategic Partnerships at NTT Data, I am responsible for driving growth and value with large scale business relationships comprising of $1.0B+ in technology, SaaS, and service business. I have over 14 years of experience in sales, sales transformation leadership and strategic partnership leadership roles at NTT Data (formerly NTT, Ltd.) a leading global technology services company. I lead a team of partner managers and GTM personnel who contribute to volume and profitability objectives, negotiate agreement structures, collaborate with cross-functional regional and global teams to purposefully launch and engage partners. I execute GTM priorities through effective enablement and field engagement planning. I also have a proven track record of transforming selling skills into outcome-based selling behavior, developing and executing sales enablement programs and tools, and cultivating and maintaining strong technology partner relationships. I am passionate about building a winning culture and driving success, which earned me the coveted CEO Award and several industry recognitions, such as the CRN Women of the Channel Honoree and the IT Wonderous Woman.
