Founder Debbie Bennett is a retirement specialist with a foundation in business, real estate sales and property management. Coming from a rural and motorsport background, Debbie managed a racing team before setting up an Australian recognised business in this industry. Debbie and her late husband Richard built class leading customised vehicles. But with a strong passion for real estate and its immense possibilities, Debbie changed career paths. She started in real estate sales and property management before discovering that retirement living was the perfect setting for her. Debbie now has a long list of clients in the retirement living industry where she is able to work both remotely and internally across village relief management, inspections, overseeing contract settlements, managing villages & organising unit refurbishments.
