About Debbie Betts

Being available to clients is my top priority, working around their schedule and meeting face-to-face whenever possible. Patience, compassion, strong work ethic and the overall joy I get from helping people drives me to find the very best mortgage solution for everyone I work with. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2004. I opened and manage our branch in Canon City, Colorado. I am a fourth generation Canon City, Colorado native, I love the outdoor lifestyle we have here and have been an avid fly fisherman since I was a young girl. I also guide float/fly fishing trips in my spare time. In my free time, you are most likely to find me on a river or lake somewhere with close friends and my son and a fly rod in hand. I also enjoy skiing and hiking and watching any sport my son is playing. I am never too far from adventure. I once rafted the Grand Canyon for 21 days; sea kayaked the Everglades for two weeks and am often fly fishing with my son in Belize. I also raft and fish several remote Alaskan rivers. Words I live by: “Be patient – God has a plan for us all.”
