About Debbie Boyes

After working for several years as an Account Executive in the Advertising Media industry, I returned to school to embark on a new journey.a career in Nursing! Immediately after graduation, I obtained my first Nursing position working in Ambulatory Surgery at Alliance Health MW (then Midwest Regional). What a great first experience! The stories and lives of patients and colleagues that intersected with mine during that time have been so valuable as I continued down this path. Most recently, this journey has led me to LifeShare of Oklahoma. They recover Organs and Tissue for transplants. I began my career at Lifeshare as a Hospital Liaison, responsible for relationship building, communication, and education at several hospitals across the state of Oklahoma. As a Nursing professional, I've never experienced a position where I felt such a clear connection between what I did everyday, and saving lives. I've found my home. Recently, I was promoted to Manager of Hospital Development and I'm looking forward to the challenge of helping my team reach their full potential so that they can perform at a level which, at the end of the day, will lead to more lives saved. It's that simple.
