I’m a Senior HR Business Partner with over 20 years’ experience supporting senior leaders and teams through organisational change, complex people challenges and evolving business priorities.I work closely with leadership teams to help them think through organisational decisions, improve how their teams operate and navigate the people impact of business change.This takes place within a fast paced media environment, where teams are balancing strategic priorities with evolving audience expectations.I’m known for building strong, trusted relationships with leaders and often act as a sounding board when they are working through complex or sensitive situations. I try to bring a balanced perspective that considers both the needs of the business and the experience of employees.Much of my current role involves:• Partnering with leaders to work through organisational and people challenges• Supporting teams through restructures and organisational change• Helping leaders navigate complex employee relations situations• Workforce planning and headcount discussions• Improving engagement and how teams operate in practice• Thinking about team structure, priorities and the skills the organisation will need as we evolve
